Is it permissible to make prayer with make-up as a Muslim?

How do I apply mineral make-up by BEAUTYLOPE Pure & Vegan Halal Cosmetics most effective?
Mineral Make-Up by BEAUTYLOPE can be applied with the appropriate brush or with the vegan Kabuki brush, the all-rounder of BEAUTYLOPES brushes.
Preparation:
Clean your face with water in the morning to remove impurities. Afterwards use a moisturizing cream and let it react briefly. Now you have created the optimal foundation to apply BEAUTYLOPE mineral make-up.
Application:
Use the lid as a small bowl and take the powder in it. Stir with the brush until no powder is visible directly on the bristles.
Now start with circular movements to apply the vegan- and halal-certified powder from the center of the face and further and further outwards. This allows the powder to penetrate into every pore and every fine wrinkle.
The result is a smooth complexion. Enlarged pores appear smaller and smaller wrinkles appear invisible.
Alternatively, wet application
Mix a small amount of BEAUTYLOPE Mineral Make Up with a daily care. Spread it with an appropriate brush, e.g. Foundation brush or fingers on the skin. The dry halal mineral foundation powder can also be applied with a moistened cosmetic sponge. This two methods can be used by very dry or irritated skin.
