Shipping-terms for the end user:

The delivery of ordered/bought goods follow within a period of 5 - 7 business days after receiving payment. If unforeseen circumstances - an unexpected large order or bottlenecks at wholesaler - contribute to not being able to deliver within approximately 5-7 business days, we will inform you in this regard as soon as possible.

Already from an order amount from 20 EURO we will deliver free of shipping cost. For all other orders that do not exceed these order amount, the shipping costs are 3.95 EUR within Germany and outside Germany within the EU 6.20 EUR. Any import duties or similar charges are payable by the customer. In case of cancellation you bear the direct cost of returning the goods shipped by parcel.

Payment is made to Klarna in each case.

Debit:
Purchase price is debited directly from your account. The direct debit is carried out by Klarna Bank AB (publ).

Credit Card:
Pay easily and conveniently with your credit card at the end of the ordering process. Your credit card will then be charged by Klarna Bank AB (publ).

Instant bank transfer:

Purchase on Account (Invoice)
The payment period is 14 days from dispatch of the goods. After the order has been confirmed, you will receive the invoice including the payment request directly from Klarna.

The use of the payment methods invoice, direct debit and credit card requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purposes of address and creditworthiness checks as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer YOU certain payment methods that are permissible based on the results of the credit check. PayPal:

PayPal is an online payment service which allows you to pay secure, simple and quick. Fast and secure payment with PayPal. Your data will be in a separate terminal window via a secure connection. Once your payment has been received and booked by us your order will be delivered to you. The payment via PayPal is quick and therefore usually the delivery reaches the customer also quicker.

Payment in advance:
If you pay in advance, please transfer the full amount to the account mentioned below. We will send you the ordered goods as soon as we have registered receipt of money on our account. In contrast to the payment methods Debit, Credit Card, Purchase on Account (Invoice) (by Secupay AG) no additional costs will be incurred with payment in advance.

Shipping-terms for dealer:

Prices quoted on the website are retail prices in EUR and include VAT and other price components. There are also possible shipping costs.

The shipping costs depend on the quantity, the product weight and packaging of your order. If necessary we will get in touch with you and discuss the delivery costs separately after receiving your order.
